Shane Hampsheir, a singing sensation, is making huge waves in the music industry as an outstanding jazz and swing soloist. A born entertainer, Shane is a striking performer invariably compared with Michael Buble and with a voice to match.
In the past 5 years, Shane has performed regularly with the likes of the Ronnie Scott's Jazz Orchestra and Syd Lawrence Orchestra as well as with his own 17-piece big band in the UK and around Europe and is a permanent member of the 'Monte Carlo Rat Pack'. In May of 2016, Shane reached number 1 in the iTunes Jazz Chart with his debut single, 'Brazil'. He also made his New York debut recently at the famous 'Metropolitan Room' in Manhattan and has become busy in the cruise guest entertainment world.
Inspired by Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble, he discovered his love of performing jazz and swing at the age of 16 and his ability quickly caught the attention of Universal Music. He has been touring the UK in various theatre shows ever since, including The Syd Lawrence Orchestra, The Len Phillips Big Band and the London City Big Band as well as being the front-man for many swing and jump-jive bands in London. Thanks to his extensive touring experience, this young singer has developed into an established, charismatic and stylish performer.
His repertoire is a guide to jazz and swing, from well-loved classics by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole and Bobby Darin to contemporary artists such Jamie Cullum, Robbie Williams and Michael Buble. He is best known for his outstanding Universal recording of the Michael Buble classic Home, which has appeared on 6 albums, including 'You Raise Me Up' (Universal Music, 2008) - alongside the likes of Elton John, Abba, Girls Aloud and Pavorotti - which reached Number 1 in the UK Album Chart.
He is available to book here in a variety of formats including a self-contained solo singer, using the very latest professional digital backing tracks, accompanied by a pianist or backed by a full live big-band ranging from a 3-piece band to an 18-piece big band. This makes his act terrifically versatile, able to accommodate the needs of any event, large or small.

Set Formats
Shane can provide the following, either to backing tracks or with his band which can range in size from 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 16 piece:
1 x 60 Minute Set
Or
2 x 45 minute Sets
Or
3 x 40 minute set
Shane can also provide additional music throughout the day including disco with lighting and a tailored playlist.
For weddings we can provide live singing prior to and during the ceremony and a full package for the remainder of the day.
